will a 1g AWD downpipe work on a FWD?

i know on the 2g they wont fit but i dont really know too much about the exhaust on the 1gen

Correct, also the AWD has a different bend to it to clear the transfer case. Also the FWD exhaust runs down the center of the car, where the driveshaft would be on a AWD. It could work, if you wanted to hack at the pipe and modify it to fit your FWD, but it wouldn't be worth the time or money.

Actually the only difference in oil pans is from 6 and 7 bolt.(FWD and AWD are the same)
I got my oil pan of a 1.6l Colt.
The difference is the bend.
