need little help with starting problems :)

Hi i just bought a 95 eagle talon tsi for 1000. it's not getting any fire i am havening a diagnostics done on it tuesday to thursday too find out the problem for sure. but i was wanting too find out if the car has a Ignition Control Module or a Distributor. i found it very odd that both coil packs wouldn't work at all and tohught that would be a 1 in 1000 or better chance both go out same time. i also think it might be the computer i heard fomr a few ppl these cars are bad about that happening. but mainly im asking about the ICM or Distr. haven't seen either yet. and fi it does have one or both could you please tell me where on the engine they are any help is greatly appreaciated thank you.

You have a power transitor unit(ignition control moduel) with your coils. How did you test them? It wouldnt be a 1 in a 1000 chance for them to go.. If you could describe your symptoms more we might be able to help.
