I recently put on a 60 trim turbo. Its the turbo that I took off my GN & ordered a Bulleyes Mitsu Flange house. Its a T31 Stage III turbine wheel. I have a Slowboy style frontmount and an HKS SSQV. The useless adjustment screw is adjusted all the way in to prefent any leak. I have done multiple boost leak tests, and have found none.

The car wants to buck while building boost in 3rd or higher. The A/F ratios while it is doing this are around 11.0-11.3 & it starts bucking at around 15 or so (Hard to watch a/f, boost, knock, & cars on the interstate at the same time).

Any Ideas on what this bucking or jerking is?

I almost want to say that it's fuel cut perhaps. Did you try leaning out the WOT knob on your translator?

I am doing that tomorrow. My plug gap now is set at a very tight .024". I am getting some ideas of what I need to try.

I was told I might have to low of a Timing down low causing the car to buck badly in a high gear trying to build boost.

My car is doing the exact same thing. Except I have a stock 95' GSX. Im going to try changing plugs and wires. Im currently in the process of installing a boost gauge, EGT gauge, and a A/F ratio gauge. Hopefully they will help me diagnos and fix the problem a little better. I know what your saying though man, once your in 3rd or up and you press the gas down more than 25% it just jerks like you r having wicked wheel hop.. It sucks but im in the same boat.
