With key off: check battery voltage, if cables are dirty clean with water and baking soda, use non metalic brush or battery terminal brush. With test light to ground check B+ lead (Alternator output), if no power then check the large 60-80 amp fuse for being burned.

Let us know what you find.

Cheers,
GTM

Ok on the checks, what was the battery voltage?

You need to tell us a lot more if we are to help you. What were you doing, why running for 15 min, did it stop or did you turn the key off? Did you ever drive it? I don't mean to be flip but we can't read your mind or get a sense for what has been happening with the car. So get out your paints and paint us a word picture so we can save all of us time in getting you back on the road. Stick or Auto?

Cheers,
GTM

sorry about the short awnser before but I was in a hurry and had to leave. ok I was running the car for 15 min didnt drive it at all I was checking boost leaks and setting timing and idle and any other leaks for that matter. after I thought I had everything taken care of I turned the key off went in for dinner. went back out to start it again (to see if it would) and nothing fuel pump turns on hear some clicks but the starter doesn't turn. I have checked the starter, battery, fuses, I am about to check relays and to see if maybe the terminals on the battery are buggered up. its also an auto.

thanks for the help
chris
