Bad O2 Sensor? Bad O2 Sensor?

Bad O2 Sensor?
My service engine light just came on in my 95 GSX, and I've noticed that my Idle is a bit low, in the 600's. I think its a bad O2 sensor but I'm not sure. Anyone else have any ideas?

No I don't have a logger yet. But what is the code for a bad O2 sensor?
