So after my tour here in Korea is over I'll be heading to Andrews. I should be there around November so just saying what's up. Looking forward to being in a place with a little more DSMers! There were no DSM shops anywhere around where I was before (Santa Maria, CA). Pretty much no DSMers either except for Bigglesworth87...nothing but riced out Civics & Accords there.

So yea...I'll be in Maryland around November!

Lots of stuff around NOVA and MD, Extreme Motorsports, VIP garage, and a few others. Marti is great if you want anything at VIP garage, theres also lots of meetings in NOVA and MD so no lack of participation unless its your fault.

That was my regret when I was in Cali, never making it down to a DSM meet..I was either too busy or the GSX was down.

Yea Marti was a big help when I was trying to order my PTE 50-trim. I'll have to make a stop by his new shop sometime.

Only thing I'm not looking forward to is the crime...I hear it's pretty bad around there, around Andrews? & obviously DC. Cars being vandalized & whatnot...Definetely gonna have to get a place with my own garage.

Welcome To Maryland. I'll be the first to warn about the lack of respect for other people's property here in MD. Also, you'll be hard pressed to find a shop in the area that doesn't overcharge, but I guess that's the cost of living in the nation's capital.

Well not that you are here you can make the Import vs. Domestic event at MIR next weekend Nov (4th). It's one of the biggest events around here, expect to see 300 or so street cars.

I'm sure you will find plenty of us DSMer's there.

Nope! Not gonna be able to make it. My car's being shipped here from LA, and it's not going to arrive here until around the 13th. Even then, who knows what kinda stuff is wrong with it from sitting for a year, so I'm sure it's going to need some maintenance.

Hi, just got started in dsm's. so im a noob. Does anyone have any tips? I bought a 91 talon tsi, its got a built head and block, there is mid mods done to drivetrain, and its tuned.
