i have a 6bolt block bored .020 over and have some npr pistions and rings. i sized the gaps and the top rings are right at .019 but the 2nd rings are .027
and the ptw is .002/.003

is the 2ng gap going to be too big?
 
yes that second ring gap is way to big. It should be closer to the .020 range. depending on the boost level. below 20 psi you use .003 x bore size in inches example .020 over will require a 85.5mm bore converted to inches will be 3.366in. then 3.366in x .003in =.010
