staten island,
New York
got my new slave and master cylinder. Installed everything nice and tight.
I bleeded the system with the procedure:
loosen slave valve
hold down clutch
tight slave valve
let go of clutch.
did this about 5 times to make sure all air bubbles or most are out.
refilled the resevoir with fresh brake fluid.
I pressed the clutch down and its still loose. I got the car started though after a week of sitting in the cold. I could not shift into gear, but can shift into reverse
Started driving backwards and see the car starting to die. something is not right.
What am I not doing right?

Then tighten it and bleed as normal.
