New log.

Got a new log here. My damn turbo xs mbc is a pain in the ass to dial in. If i dont get it just right my boost starts to flicker at the higher rpm's. Well tell me what you think. My knock sensor is turned off just so you know ahead of time. I'm just wandering why my hp, and torque are all crazy, and dont rise in a steady fashion

Street logs always have some crazy variation in hp/tq numbers. You can do back to back pulls on the same run and they'll show different numbers. It's best to regard them just as an estimate or baseline, if anything. What advice are you looking for concerning your logs? You're 70-90 is rather slow (close to 4 seconds) for 28 psi on a 16G. What boost are you really running?

If there are two things I'd recommend, it'd be first to fix your TPS (.63V at idle) and to correct/dial in your boostest/airflow. It looks like you are artificially inflating your airflow by tweaking the tables by that much. Any reason for it? MAF-T? Are you verifying that dsmlink is reporting the same AFR's as your UEGO gauge?

Hey tom. Yes my uego gauge is in sync with the dsmlink. As far as my airflow tables....uhh...i thought i was just calibrating my maf. I'm actually a bit green when it comes to tuning. Boost i saw on the gauge was around 22psi. I'm going to pick up a aem3bar to keep an eye on the boost.Should i zero out, and tune again?

Yea, I would zero out your airflow tables and start over. With your 16G at 22 psi, I don't think you went over 2000hz. In your log that you posted, at 5490rpm your boostest is saying that you are at 27psi, if you were really at 22 psi, that's a big difference. It is definitely an attribute to your 1600 + 2000hz sliders being past +10. I would zero the airflow (unless you tuned 50/150hz for your idle trims, if not zero it too) and do another log and see what it looks like.

Man i'm really having a hard time here with this car. I played with the tps, and had it close to right, and then i tried to get it perfect, and i messed it up, but i will fix that. The thing that is irritating me is that my damn tune changes daily. About an hour ago i was wot, and looked at the wb, and it was reading high 12's-13's. I didnt touch anything. I had the a/f ratio dialed in around 11.3:1, and all of a sudden it does this. My car is missing on #3 cylinder nowHopefully a bad spark plug. I've been having another problem where i keep having to gap my plugs down to avoid sputtering. Well now i have them gapped all the way down to.018, and the sputter is back. What should i do?

If you're getting erratically lean WBO2 readings, I would look for pre-sensor exhaust leaks. They cause all sorts of weird AFR problems. I was fighting them for about 6 months.
