Is this still at 15psi? I am guessing you didn't do your idle tuning since the airflow tables are zeroed out? Take a look at this if you have not done idle tuning. http://www.jeffgst.com/gmafcalibration2.html

If you'd be willing to come to PA I could help you tune the car. I have a wideband and laptop. You'd just need to bring your DSMLink cable. I have downloaded the newest update from Link already, v2.5.2.26 as of 4-19-2008. Let me know via PM. And what do you mean worried about injector duty cycle? I ran my e316g @ 22 psi with the stock 450's and 123% injector duty cycle once, nothing wrong with my car. I think your knock may be phantom knock also. Make sure your knock sensor is tight.

First you need to log ltft lo, ltft mid, and stft. Have dsmlink running and rev till mafraw reads 50hz. You can either post a log of that or do the following.
At the 50hz point add ltft lo to the stft. Then change the 50 hz slider in the airflow table by whatever percentage you get from adding the ltft lo and the stft.

Ok guys. I might be starting to figure this out now, but we will see.Ok i came up with a 7% correction factor for the maf compensation. (15+14.7)/(13+14.7)-1
(29.7/27.7)-1=.0722 = 7% I think
Could someone please check my homework

Yes 7% would be correct for that.

Cool. I really appreciate the help man. Here's that link for the hz log.Just to be completely sure. I need to add 7% to the 1400hz airflow slider, and then taper off the rest off the slider's

I would add 2% to the 50hz slider. Now you need a log revving to 150hz.

If you look at your STFT's, you'll see it's bouncing around -3% which means you should subtract that % air from the 150Hz slider.
This link will help you understand what you're doing with idle and rev tuning:
maftcalibrationbyloggedboost [ECMTuning - wiki]
Next you'll want to do the cruise tuning and then double check that idle, rev, and cruise are all good and then you can start WOT tuning.
I would also look into what's causing the constant 3 counts of knock.
