First Log.. Help me make better logs, and decipher this

Here is my first log.. I dont really know if I made a good log, as I started to slow down and speed up again (due to the road sucking..)

So after seeing this (if it has any useful info at all..) can you tell me how my car is ?

No offence, but there really isn't any useful information in that log. I don't see larger injectors in your profile, and nothing to tune with, but we can still make a pull that will show us if there are any problems.

Go ahead and make a 3rd gear pull from 2.5k to redline logging, front O2, timing and rpm. This will give us a much better idea of what's going on. It will also significantly increase the number of samples per second you are getting.

Thanks this is what I needed to know, how to take a proper log.
Right now I just want to see if my car is running ok (because I have been told its slower then it should be.. and just feels a lot slower lately).
