Question Lots of knock?

Evo III B16g @ 12 psi, 450's, Evo fuel pump. Got a few logs here:

Tried to tune based on the first log, am I knocking from 2500 to 2900 now too? Knock at 4000 right? Why is it 11 for most of 4k? Knock again at 5200 to 5500 right?

You are really lean between 3 and 4k. Pulling out 20% of the airflow, with stock injectors is not a good idea. Add some fuel back between 3 and 4k and make another pull.
