Camber question need help soon

well my car is lowered with the sportlines and i got quite a big drop, along with alot of negitive camber in the back. i was lookin at the ingalls camber kit but it says -1-+3 of camber adjustment. i was wondering does the +3 mean it can cure 3' of negitve camber or did it mean it can only adjust +3. i am totally lost when it comes to camber.

youll need a camber kit with -1 deg to 3 deg of correction. This means that if your camber in the rear is neg 3 then the camber kit can adjust you camber to neg 1 deg. or zero, basically bring your camber to the stock settings

Wrong ... or, at least, misleading.

The way that camber kits are described is in terms of what they add or subtract. So, if he has -3 right now, a -1 to +3 kit would allow him to have anything from -4 to 0.
