is there an advantage of one over the other? I have Eibach Sportline springs now and they are litterally killing my back from the shitty ride.

I really have no idea what the advantage of having coilovers over regular lowering springs and vice versa. Please help.

It's not the springs that are hurting your back; it's the tops of the shocks slamming the bumpstops.

With that said, I agree with the other reply ... do some homework, please, before asking the same question as thirty other people.
