Panama City,
Hey I want to know what coilover/shock suspension setup has worked best for you. Im currently running Tusdo coilovers w/kyb gr-2, and the ride quality SUCKS!!

Anybody running Tein Basics?

You guys with 500 lb GCs, how's the ride quality? Daily-driveable?

awesome. only in part because i am using shocks that can handle that kind of spring rate. don't get me wrong, its not that floaty, cadillac, stock suspension feel. its stiff, not teeth jarring, but it takes a lot to get the body to move. i have felt these springs on tokicos, might as well be agxs. those shocks just can't handle it.

i keep the konis set to full stiff front, half stiff rear, all the time as well. you have to look at how you want the car to handle. i don't care about that "comfort" issue. thats what seats are for. i wanted my car to handle like a race car.

i think alot of people dont understand that building the suspension is just like building the engine. you can't halfass anything. you sure as hell aren't going to run a 20g with 450s and no boost controller. so don't try to run 400lb springs on stock shocks and sways and expect it to handle better.

I just got my GC (500/450) and Koni Yellows on and i LOVE IT. My car handles amazing, i take turns faster now in the pouring rain then i did before in the dry! Do any of you GC/Koni guys have good setting on the shocks for a comfortable daily ride? I really don't care about comfort in relation to performance but the streets are pretty sh*tty where i live and it would be nice to have a good compromise. But, When i'm going to an event or just out for some spirited driving, those puppies will be cranked to full stiffness without hesitation.
