What other springs are out there for a 99 gsx, that provide about 1.3-1.5 drop (ex,,, Pro kit) If you have any pics of a 95-99 gsx with certain springs it wouold be a great help. Thank you

I am going with eibach pro kit, atleast i think i am. Can all post pics of their 2nd gen gsx with pro kits. Thank you

Go with a set of collars like what comes with ground controls. Then 2.5 x 8 hypercoils. Get whatever height and spring rate you want exactly with less sag and BS.

Lowering coils suck.

Sportlines. Pro Kit isn't enough of a drop for me. The damn wheel gap is still too big. But there is pic in my sig w/ the sportlines on.

No to whore the thread...

Red1 - How much ground clearance do you have witht he sportlines? Can you make it over speedbumps and severe potholes w/o trouble?

I've got a little over 5" of ground clearence. I have never bottomed out and I live in one of the worst potwhole cities in the nation. Petaluma = Worst roads in California. I do have to be careful going over some speed bumps and driveways, but such is the price of riding low. I wouldn't give it up for a thing though. The ride is great and it handles really well too. Hope this helps. You be dissapointed w/ the Sportlines.

I just bought a tokico spring strut package:shhh:

I got rid of my sportlines and installed prokits. The sportlines were too low and I felt every single rock and pebble on the road (well you get the idea). It got to the point that it started to bother my back so one day I said #### it and bought a new set of prokits. I couldn't be happier since then and my car still looks good.
