Car is a 99 GST. I think I decided to go with some 8" wide rims and probably 17" rims. Also Eibach Prokits springs , Tokico Illuminas and also get the insert lsd when I get my clutched changed.

What do you guys think? I plan on upgradeing the turbo to fp t28 after all this other stuff. Thanks for the input.

i hear some good things about the eibach prokit.. im startin to read that they tend to sag after a while... may be good or bad... tokicos should be fine unless you have the extra money to go up to konis...

With ProKits, your wheel rates will be around 165/130. (Stock on your car is 120/120.) So all of the gains in spring rate are in the front.

H&R springs produce wheel rates around 215/210, giving a more balanced increase.

You really want to increase the rear spring rates more than the front, since you have FWD. So, neither of these are optimal, but H&R rates are much better, especially for FWD.

- Jtoby <- wheel rates: 250/360

ps. wheel rate = spring rate * motion ratio squared

Where are you getting these #s from? I can't find the info anywhere. Just what's on there site, which states how much lower the ride height will be. Thanks.
