Tein Spring Rates??

The following chart is for a Tein S.Tech spring for te 2wd 95-99 eclipse.

Does this spring rate sound good to anyone? I was looking around the board and they are not even close to what most people are suggesting. Does this have anything to do with the Tein Spring itself? I am trying to finish my suspension setup and was curious to the rate of this spring.

Springs are always too soft. Get coilovers.

be careful...I bought a set of coil-overs with 500lb fr 400lb rear and it sucks.. If I hit a "bump" in the highway where a bridge meets road and it isnt less than like ~1/4" it just about knocks my filings out. To correct the problem I just bought a set of coil-overs that are built onto the shocks.

Wow that is VERY soft...hope you don't give fat people rides a lot. A 250 pound guy will drop the car about 2.3 inches if he sits in the back seat.l

Was this in regard to my post??? If it was I think the setup I had was way to hard. To replace the crappy ride I just purchased a set of NEX coilovers that are based upon the tein suspension setup(coilover built onto shock).
