need a good extreme camber kit

Ok guys i need a extreme camber kit that will adjust to around 2.5 degrees +/- . I've been looking around but i don't know what's the best. I don't want clearance troubles b/c i heard some kits end up hitting the fender well wall. I also need a kit that i can put on my self. Will all kits have clearance trouble unless it's an adjustable ball joint?
 
Ingalls are good, but SPC makes the best kits. They have the ecentric cam joint but its a better locking system than the ingalls is. I just bought it and a guy with the ingalls kit helped me put it on and he said its defintaly a better design. PM 'Tom Sawyer' on here and see what he can do for a price on then, he got me mine at a good price.
 
thats cool but that doesn't answer my question. I need to adjust my front about 2.5 degrees to get it back into spec. I need to know which camber kit will fit and clear the fender well wall.
 
damn dude we must have posted at the exact same time. anyways i have the specialty products eccentric cam the sits in the center of the stock setup but it only sets +/- 1 degree which is obviously not enough for me.
 
dude for the 2nd time i know where to get the camber kits. I just need to know which ones will fit the best. But you have no idea what i'm talking about. Some have clearnace problems i want to know which ones. So please no more posts unless your going to be helpful.
 
Clear the fender well wall?? I really hope you're joking, no camber kit is anywhere near not fitting...:rolleyes:. Both of these guys gave you complete answers...can you not read plain English? Get a clue, then post. Until then, buy the SPC 1.75-3.25 degree kit like Brent suggested. Just in case you can't read that either, 2.5 degrees is in that range :thumb:.

do you think a regular spc 1.5 deg. or ingalls 1 deg front camber kit is enough for a tein flex coilover, sitting at recommend tein settings of about 1.5, iwanted the ones with the 3 deg, but i heard about the fitment issues to....

how did everything work out for you My95tsi

what did you finally end up going with and how is it working out for you
 
I still haven't fixed it yet. If i push out the A-arm even more it will hit the inside of the fender well. The Tom Saywer guy has no idea what he's talking about so i just stopped posting. Even with +1 degree set, the A-arm barely clears the fender well by about 1 cm or less. I'm looking into either banging out the inside of the wheel well where it would hit or i'm going to go with an adjustable ball joint setup.
 
I have no idea if Tom Sawyer knows what he's talking about, but a lot of the confusion is your fault. You brought up the "fender well wall" in one of your posts, which - to most people - refers to the wall between the upper suspension pivots and the engine bay. So, if TS was using the terms in the usual way, he is absolutely correct: no OTS camber kit hits the fender well wall (unless installed backwards in an attempt to gain camber, instead of get rid of it).

If you had been clearer and said that your problem was either the liner near the fender lip or the fender lip, itself, then you wouldn't have gotten what seemed to be off-the-wall replies.

Well i'm sorry i didn't really know how to describe what i was talking about. But i would still like to know the answer to my original question. Is it possible to bang out that area with a hammer to get the a-arm to fit or should i just go with an adjustble ball joint?
