Right suspension setup????

I have a 1995 gsx and will be getting eibach pro-kit's and tokico illuminas....I know someone who is selling his racing hart cp-035's that are 18x7.5 with 5x114.3 pattern....Should I get these rims, springs, and shocks?..... if not which one's should i get......if this is good what size tires should i get??????
