2 suspension questions

1. does 98 GST springs fit on 99 GST?
(i'm pretty sure they do but i just want to make sure.)
2. does camber kit absolutely necessary when putting on an aftermarket lowering kit?

Yes, springs from a 2G FWD will go fine on another 2G FWD. And you only need camber adjustment if you lower more than about 1.5".

It depends on how low you are going and the best way to tell is as SOON asyou lwer it... take it to an alignment shop and get you reading.
