good suspension setup

ok i will be saving up for a set of rims and tires soon to put on my rs and i need to know what a good setup would be. i want adjustability so i know coilovers are tha answer. i saw pro street industries stage 3 setup of ground control coilovers and koni yellow shocks front and rear and they were saying that it was tha best suspension setup. only thing is it costs $910. if they are right, is there anywhere else i can get that stuff any cheaper than that as a package? if that isnt tha best setup for adjustability, list below what you think is. i know i will have to spend some money for a good setup but im not looking to spend more than $700. i want a good ride with good handling. let me know. thanks.

You can always get the ground control coilovers for now, and then upgrade the shocks later. However, with the coilovers, your stock shocks are on borrowed time.

you'll be hard pressed to find them cheaper. but it is a very, very good setup.
