coilovers or springs?

hey guys, i was just wondering what would be better to lower my car. im going for 1.5" to 2" all the way around but would coilovers or lowering springs be better, also which would not sacrafice ride comfort as much

Lowering springs will be fine. You do not need coil-over unless you want adjustable ride height.

Ride comfort is dictated by shocks, not springs. If you plan on using either drop springs or coilovers, make sure you look into upgrading your shocks.
