Lower tie bars for 2g???

i got front and rear bars but now i heard about the low tie bars will this actually give you better handling if you already got the other 2???

ttt.. these things actually help ful. im thinking bout picking one up from ebay.. its gonna end up to about 30 shipped.. is it worth it
