Coilovers on a GSX 2g

Can you install Coilovers on a 2g awd? I can't seem to find any info on it. Some guy told me you can't unless you do some slight modifing to the rear? Is this true? Any help or links would be great!

um....i run ground control coil-overs on my 2g

I run the Tein Flex on my 2G AWD with no problems, sounds like BS to me.

That guy is wrong. There are many DSMs with coilover. Tein has very good coilover for eclipse
