reduce car shake/vibration

Hey guys just looking for some pointers to reduce the shake in the car, everything vibrates pretty intensely. I have poly mounts.. would going back to stock fix this?

Still have balance shafts? Are they timed correctly? Was the engine balanced when you went to forged internals?

even with solid mounts and energy suspension bushings all around mine isnt bad. under what conditions does it have vibration issues?

im thinking it might be driveshaft related if its during driving conditions

It does it when you accelerate slowly and while idling

Yes I still have balance shafts, it was rebuilt professionally so I hope it was done correctly

Its your poly mounts. You would have to go back to the stockers to get rid of the rattles. I just upgraded to solid mounts and it rattles at idle and up to about 2k RPM. After that it smooths out. I just deal with it. I also have the BSEK done and the vibration from that was unnoticeable and this was when i was still on stock mounts.

To me, the front strut bar reduced a lot of shaking at least in relation to having solid motor mounts.

Well between my sunroof shaking from it, and my glovebox its so hard to ignore it . Also my steering wheel shakes like crazy from the vibration

Yes I apologize I posted in the wrong forum..it also shook while driving but we found that issue out..however, they seem to think the vibration is coming from my transmission sitting to close to the cross member..help. Why would it be close?
