Take it to a shop?

I have read a detailed thread on what all to get for the suspension of your car. I wanted to know if I should take all of the parts I have gotten, and take it to a shop and have them lower it?

if you are not comfortible with your knowledge of your car or not good at working on cars, then you can. that's how i was at first with mine. i payed a friend's friend to do mine for $50 and had it done. of course now, i could do it myself. just somethings to take into consideration.
