Ok right now I am in PA. I am guessing the salty water from the snow melting is causing my front to creek like mad. I can sit still and turn the wheel from side to side and get creeks. It is NOT the power steering pump or belts. I have no problems steering and it does not bind. It is when I turn the wheel and also go over bumps. It is very loud and very annoying. I was told from some others that it could be the rubber mount that covers the top of the spring rubbing and dry. Is there anything I could spray in there and cure it. Will any spray penetrate there?

Is there anything I should check for?

I just went through all of that. I had a combination of other things though. Check your front suspension (shocks/springs/bushings). One of my shocks was shot and caused hella squeaking while driving.

any updates on this? This is the exact same problem I'm having. It really sounds like its the lateral lower arm ball joint but I'm not sure. It only does it on the right hand side. And it doesn't make any noise when the car is jacked up off the ground.

I have the tokico illumina suspension kit. i really hope its not a blown shock :(

WOW you dug up and old one. Yes it was the lower ball jont. The cup had a tear in it and al the grease was washed out.

Conicelli has the the arm with the ball joint for like 31 a piece.

ya i like to dig up old posts when i have a problem, you get the best range of info :).

And ya my lateral lower arm ball joint boot had 2 tears in it. I'm ordering the arm from concelli. I just shot some white lithium grease into the boot for now.

I'm still wondering how the boot tore. Maybe some road debry hit it. Or last nov. i had my clutch job done, would they have to remove this to do a cluch job? Any way It doesn't look like to hard of a job and for 30 bucks theirs no reason to deal with satan :).
