OK guys i had a ball joint go out and i ordered a replacement. So during the install one of the bolts was seized and i could not remove it....well the stock bolt got destroyed so I went to my local Napa store and got a grade 5 bolt, it has 8.8 stamped on the head, the stock bolt has an 8 stamped on the head of it. So here are my 2 questions. Will this bolt be able to support the suspension? Is it stronger than the stock bolt? Now the nut that i got with the bolt isn't a thread locking bolt but i still have the lock washer that came off of the stock bolt,do you think this will work or should i look for a thread locking bolt? I just want to make sure that i wont have my car falling apart because of this bolt.

You'd probably be fine for a while, but for something like that, I would suggest using a grade 8 bolt or better. (Or just go to the dealership and grab a new one)

Grade ratings differ from imperial to metric fasteners. A standard imperial 'Grade 8' fastener should have a minimum yield strength of ~130,000 PSI and a minimum tensile strength of ~150,000 PSI.
A class 8.8 metric fastener is more along the lines of ~93,000 PSI yield strength and ~95,000 PSI tensile strength.
For peace of mind, I'd recommend going back to wherever you got the bolt, and if they can't get a standard grade 8 imperial fastener, see if they can get you a class 10.9 metric fastener. These should have ~120,000 PSI yield strength and ~135,000 PSI tensile strength. A class 12.9 bolt would be even better, having slightly higher strength ratings than even the grade 8 imperial fastener.
