need advice on bumping out fender wall.

Like the title said i need good advice on this,
The problem is that my control arm ball joint is hitting my fender wall.
The car is lowered with eibach pro springs, tockico illumina struts, and Ingall camber kits +1.25* to +3* for the front and the rear suspension is fine. any use full advice would be greatly appreciated. I have researched this but haven't found anyone with experience in the matter. the car is a 2ga talon awd if that helps in any way.

On my 1g I pushed my fenders out with a 2x4 and a bed caster stuck in the end of it kinda like what I'm trying to draw below.

It worked out really well. A buddy and I just rolled it back and forth across the fender lip by prying against the wheel while the car was up in the air. Then we used it as a pry bar to gently pull the whole fender out. Slowly pry all along the edge of the fender well until it is out as far as you want. We pulled the whole fender out by about 1.5". We also loosened the fender bolts and pulled it as far out as we could there. It opened up the hood gap but it did make a difference with clearance.

Of course all that was so I could fit wider tires on the car but it would also help with overall fender clearance.

OR... just stiffen up your struts so it isn't depressing as far

well what i think i am going to do is take an air hammer gun with a flat bit and rap the metal back away from the control arm.
so hope this works.

the tires i have are not the problem the size of the tires are 225/45/17 and there not hitting the fender. the problem is my upper control arm hitting my inside fender wall.
