OK, I notice a day or two ago, a burning smell, didnt think much of it. But it came back again.
Look around to see my rear passenger caliper is stuck and eating away my pad and rotors. Long story short did disc brake conversion on my RS during last summer.

Cliff notes*
Calipers pick up from Junkyard off Avenger wif @130k
New Pads, Lines, And Rotors (drilled/slotted) pick up same time as swap.
Notice Low Brake Fluid after checking the stuck caliper
Pad has been used all the way down to "warning screech noise"
Rotor is Glazed

So what could the problem? I figure a bad caliper since i took a gamble and got the calipers from a junkyard? Or perhaps low fluid and air in the system and need to be bleeded?

I am pretty scared now that the rotor has been pretty abuse and scared it might crack.
I glance at them but dont see any.

sounds like the caliper stuck. junkyard calipers arent a very good bet. buy new or reman calipers from autozone and get new rotors while your at it

I agree. Inadequate bleeding does not cause calipers to stick. Honing and resealing the caliper bore yourself is an option but with the fairly low cost of rebuilt calipers these days, it's hardly worth the effort.

Well took the caliper off and remove the bleeder valve. It was kinda dirty. I compress the piston back in and got new pads. The rotor did not have any cracks, but most likely warped. No one can turn my aftermarket rotors but I planned to get new one anyways.
Top it off with brake fluid and put everything back together.
Its been three days, and everything seems fine. Well see how long this holds up.
BUT I plan to replace the rotor and caliper soon.
