new brake"smell"

Ok i replaced all brakes, and at first the rear passenger was locked up like my brakes were on.Now i get a "smell"like i did with my new rotors a while back.Is my caliper sticking or what?Is it a normal smell till they set in?If replaced brakes befor but not all at once.It doesnt feel like brakes are locking anymore.Its back to normal.

You shouldnt get any smell during normal driving. If you are going down a steep mountain pass or auto crossing you might smell your brakes but never under normal driving.

Put the car on jack stands and make sure each wheel spins freely.

Did you lube the calipers when you reinstalled to prevent binding/sticking? There isnt really a mechanism to retract your calipers so it doesnt take much to make them stick.

I took them off by the mounting brackets cause the guide bolts were siezed.they arent sliding on them at all.

If the guide bolts are/were seized . . . then that is most definitely your problem. with the pads out, you should be able to slide the caliper back and forth on the pins by hand (and you should DEFINITELY be able to remove both the guide/lock pins)
