Which Springs to Keep

i just bought another dsm, the one i have is a 90FWD with sportlines, my new car is a 92AWD and has H&R springs on it, which one of these are better, spotlines have and agressive feel to them and the drop is pretty nice, does anyone know the drop on the H&Rs? im leaning toward H&Rs but im not sure yet

Iirc, the rear springs on an awd and fwd 1g are not interchangeable!
