18x7.5 +43 offset ????? Help

I can get a set rims right now for next to nothing. But I don't about fitment.
18x7.5 +43 offset The offset is what i need help with. 7.5 +43 Will that work on a 1g?
Will they go past the fenders?? Pics would help.
I NEED HELP????
