Energy Suspension...work or not?

Hell yes they work. I had a set installed on my GS-T. I did all the labor of pulling the suspension parts myself and having a machine shop press the old bushings out and put the new ones in. It took 13 man hours at the machine shop to press the old ones out. The entire job was alot of work but worth every penny and minute. I highly recommend it if you plan on racing .

The ride will change to crap due to the now stiffer setup, so be prepared.

Your sacrafice for better handling will ofcourse be ride comfort, and smoothness. You can either have a car that handles like it's attached to a rail and feel every bump in the road, or you can have that nice mushy steering and leaning body effect going around corners in a Lincoln Continental. There is such a thing as an "in between" setup but it is different for every car. You will have to experiment with different setups such as Shocks (adjustable or not), springs (lowered/stiffer, factory height with a little give) and then you have the old rubber bushing questions still to answer. I know some have just replaced a few of the worn bushings with Energy suspension, and left the rest to factory. It really depends on what ride feel you want.
