I have Eibach Pro-Kits and Tokico non-adjustables for all 4 corners. Here are my problems:

1) They've been sitting in boxes in my closet for 2 months
2) I don't have any tools at all at my house, and don't know where to start if I do it myself.
3) Local shops expect me to pay them $330 to install (including alignment)

If anyone has any tips or useful info about installation (how hard it is, long it takes, and what I'd need - besides the spring compressor) please let me know. I'm getting desperate, and the gap with my 18" wheels now looks ridiculous.

they will rape u on install. the guy who did mine did an awesome job. the place is called ride tech but he's an expensive bast*rd. im not even going to tell u how much he charged me. wish i did it myself. need a spring compressor though. i think u can rent one from autozone. also need a jack and jackstands obviosly. i dunno if u gotta blled the brakes, i think maybe u have to unhook the front brakelines, not sure though. im sure somebody knows its just too much for them to type. hope u get ur answer man. peace and good luck.:thumb:

It will take about 6 hours. You will need jack stands (2), a metric socket set, a torque wrench (if you are going to do it to specs), spring compressor Metric wrenches also came in handy. I also had a friend help me, I don't think I would tackle this alone. Last but not least...patience.

It really isn't that hard, this is the first car that I have done any real work on besides spark plugs or the odd belt replacement. It is kinda fun in a sick, knucklebusting way. It would also be better to spend the $330 on tools that you can use again and again than to give it for a one time install, and think of the driver/vehicle bonding session that will take place.:thumb:
