I have been told that washing the undercarriage of cars causes the rubber bushings in the suspension components to dry out, and eventually squeek.
As it turns out, my suspension creaks and squeeks when compressed, and I was wondering if there is any kind of recommended product I can use to help lube things up. I was thinking about just standard spray on silicon lube, would this suffice to help lubricate/revitalize/extend the life of my undercarriage components?

Thanks!

Yeah, the reccomended thing to use on bushings is silicone lube. Actually, you're suppoused to regularly lubricate urethane bushings (if you have them) with silicone spray (although nobody ever seems to do so).
