I own a 91 Talon AWD. Both my front Hubs/Bearings went bad, can I use hubs/bearings off an 91 talon front wheel drive?

Just changed out the front Wheel Bearings on a 90 Laser RS two weeks ago. I would think you can use them but I would just go get the new bearings from Napa. They were about $38 each. Pretty easy job as long as you have a press. Lot's of Break Free too.!
