I need instructions for Whiteline and Progress kits! (1990 AWD)

Does anyone have instructions for Whiteline rear camber kit and Progress front camber kit for 1990 AWD? I'll REALLY need them when replacing the shocks. I think I screwed up the camber on my left front side when I was replacing the axle.

The bolt is offset on the thread with markings on the head--for the front adjustable bolts. I have no idea how it looks in the back.

All I need is the set of instructions that came with Whiteline rear camber kit for 1990 AWD and Progress front camber kit for 1990 AWD.

Does anyone have instructions on front Progress camber kit install and adjustments? That's all I need. I would be greatful if someone scanned them and posted them or e-mailed the scan to me.
