I am looking to lower my car. Iwas going to go with the Eibach springs. They will lower the front 1.5" and the rear 1.4" would I have to replace the shocks/struts? Some people tell me yes, some tell me no, some tell me yes if they are older than 3 years. Any help appreicated.

i wouldn't bother messing with the struts until they're blown. why fix what's not broken??? only advantage of changing them now is that it'd be easier to get it all done at once. but no, you don't have to. do your tires a favor and look into some camber kits tho. you won't regret it.

Your car is 8 year's old if they have'nt been replaced do it they have too come off. save your self some money
