225s?

225s are fine for an awd, iv been running that size fir a while and just bought 4 more 225s this morning

truthfully, an awd will hook up on a launch with some cheapo tires from pep boys. and it will handle pretty good with any good sticky tires, weather they are 225s or a little bigger.

drag racing and autox are two opposite ends of the spectrum when talking about tire choice though. a good drag tire will have a fairly soft sidewall that will grip when launching, while a good autox tire will have a much stiffer sidewall to handle g force when turning. most tires that are really great for autox have too stiff of a sidewall to hook up good at the drag strip, and vice versa
