is proud to present the Texas Mitsubishi shootout, which will host some of the fastest Mitsubishi's in Texas.
The Texas Mitsubishi Shootout will be an event to unite the Mitsubishi enthusiasts including Mitsubishi Evolution, Dsm, and 3000gt/Stealth, Galant/Laser.

All money made will be put towards cash prices for each class.

When: Sunday June 20th, 2010

Where: San Antonio Raceway located in Marion, Tx

Time: Gates will open at 9am, and racing will start at 10am

$35 to race in a class
$20 test and tune
$15 spectator

CLASSES

Pro tree heads up
1. Mitsu street class: (DOT tire, full exhaust, must have headlights, full interior, glass windows)
2. Mitsu Pro class: (No tube chassis car)

Heads up arm drop by models (TBD)
3. Evo street class: (Any Mitsubishi Evolution, DOT tire, full exhaust, must have headlights, full interior, glass windows)
4. Dsm street class: (Any Mitsubishi Eclipse/Eagle Talon/Galant/Laser, DOT tire, full exhaust, headlights, full interior, glass windows )
5. 3000gt/Stealth street class: (Any 3000gt/Stealth, DOT tire, full exhaust, must have headlights, full interior, glass windows)

6. Test and tune open to any vehicle throughout the day
7. Show and shine: (Any Mitsubishi is able to enter, 1st/2nd/3rd places)

All Out Class

• Anything goes minus tube frame chassis
• Fwd, awd, rwd
• Any power adders
• Slicks ok
• Any Mitsu Chassis with Mitsu Motor
• PRO TREE will start each race/final
• Minimum time of 11.99 must be met during qualifying rounds

Pro Street class

• Street tires/drag radials
• Full exhaust
• Working headlights
• Working glass windows
• Any power adders
• No fuel cells
• PRO TREE will start each race/final
• Minimum time of 12.99 must be met during qualifying rounds

Mitsubishi Street Class (11.5-12.99 class)

Mitsubishi Street Class (13.0 and up)

• Full interior
• No cages/roll bars
• Full exhaust
• Working glass windows
• Working headlights
• No fuel cells
• Street tires only
• PRO TREE will start each race/final will be an arms drop race
• These apply for both Mitsubishi Street Classes

3 qualifying rounds, fastest 8 will make up the field
The competitor with the quickest elapsed time from the previous round will have lane choice for the following round. All events are run in single-elimination fashion. Red-light false starts will result in automatic disqualification as does crossing the center line. Fields will be made up of the eight quickest competitors from the qualifying rounds. No make-up runs will be permitted for racers that miss their qualifying round. If a qualifier elects not to compete or is unable to make the last call to the staging lanes, the next available alternate will be selected until a full field of eight is present, whenever time permits.

We want to thank Biff Buzby's Burgers for helping us out with the Texas Mitsubishi Shootout Official Night Meet.

Everybody is welcome to come out!
Ticket stubs will be handed out to people with Mitsubishi's which can be used for a discounted meal at Biff Buzby's Burgers.

Please no ricer burnouts or anything that will get you kicked out, I'm sure there will be a cop there so if you cause any problems you'll be asked to leave.

Test and Tune will be open all day, any make and model can run in the Test and Tune (Honda, Toyota, Nissan etc).

$15 to spectate
$25 test and tune
$35 to enter a class

Gates will open at 10am Sunday June 20th.

Night meet Saturday June 19th at Biff's Burgers 5pm-10pm.
