The timing belt snapped on my GVR-4 last weekend and I need to see if anyone is willing to volunteer to help me pull the head off in a month or two? I did not do my maintenance and could shoot myself for it so if you need to make fun of me just post something funny not insulting so I can laugh too.:cry:

Well because of the heat and shit going on all of June I don't think that it will happen until July. If you guys want to throw out some dates in July or even August we can work it out from there. I say we make a mini meet out of it and I provide all the food and drink. Maybe DSM_PWR can come over and help me polish my grill before the event:sneaky:

When I checked by cranking the motor:ohdamn: the cams did not spin but the acc. belts spun:hmm: The belt is stil on but it has to be broken at the bottom:notgood:

So.... you tried to turn the motor by hand even after the timing belt was snapped?? Did you also try to bend a valve while you were at it :ohdamn:
