Since I'm already this far, what else should I do? (engine harness apart)

So I'm in the middle of painting my engine bay and I took out as much stuff to make it a cleaner job as I thought was worth taking out. I split the harness at the fuse box and to fit the loom through the driver side wheel well I de-pinned the fuse box. This is my first time striping the engine this far so I'm not too sure what more I should do as I'm this far or what. A couple of my friends not knowing too much about cars were saying to wire tuck but I honestly don't have the experience with wire tucks or tools/materials. I did read the article a mod wrote about re-routing the injector wires and coil which doesn't need wire cutting/splicing if I recall and can be done with the motor in. If I can get some input or suggestions that I haven't thought about I would appreciate it. I would hate to put everything back together and wish I did something when it was apart.
This is how the engine bay sits right now and will be painted by the end of the day.
Thanks.

Is this in the wrong section? Can a mod move this to the newbie forum where it belongs? I feel like I'll get some responses there.
