Just swapped the car over to E85. Spent some time working on the idle. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction. I've tried doing a few pulls now. I've found that if I'm cruising and go straight to wot the car with pretty much just bog. I noticed everything is really jumpy. Rpm, Est afr, Maf, Inj% ect.. But if I ease into it I can make a full pull. I attached some logs that show it. Cutting out 1 shows it studdering, then a pull with no studder. Cutting out shows it studdering twice. I see that my a/f on the aem is flat lining rich, but I dont quite understand why. Im calling for 14.x and 13.x in the da tables, yet getting 10.0. Dmertz from the link forum mentioned compressor surge. The turbo does have a 4" anti-surge compressor housing. Any ideas?

Everything in that list has been completed 5 fold.

Ok, but could you please give us the info we ask for? Specifically, what is your base fuel pressure, and how much boost are you running?

At a quick glance, it looks like you haven't done much (any) airflow calibration above the point that it starts to go rich.

Also, please rename your wideband (AEMWBGaugeR1) to "Wideband".

No boost, vac, or exhaust leaks.
Mechanical timing spot on.
Ignition timing at 5*btc.
Bpr7es at .028".
New engine, 120 miles. 170psi across the board.
Idle switch operates as should. Tps adjusted by link. Isc at 30.
Fuel pressure 43.5. Bluemax 1450cc.
Compression ratio 8.3:1.
All sensors read. New o2 with engine build.
Wideband read spot on with 91. Havent changed the calibration as most people report e85 a/f using standard gasoline calibration.
E85.
Ive watched all link videos probably 10 times. Combined f/t 0% +/- 3. Airflowperrev .25. Injectors scaled using da battery voltage table with values as per injector testing station thread in link forums. Maf adjusted at idle.
No dtc's.
Battery reads 12 off. 13.8 running.

The car is on e85, just switched to it. Fuel pressure is 43.5 psi. Boost is on a 1 bar spring for right now, so 14.7 psi. As far as maf calibration and adjustments, I've only done the idle adjustments as there were never any more vides posted on the link website for further adjustments. Last but not least I will change the name on my wideband when I get home to my tuning laptop.
