grinding question......PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well it's not normal for a tranny to grind second gear....mine does, but when I'm driving at normal conditions and shifting at 3000 rpms....When I'm at WOT, it shifts great....could this be a clutch slave cylinder issue? I know mine is still stock, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's going with over 100k miles on it....what do you guys think.....thanks

Seems to be Grinding Tranny Question Day.

Swap-out your transmission fluid with an aftermarket product. My first choice is Pennzoil Synchromesh, but BG, Redline and others also have excellent gearbox lubes.

already did....it was exactly the same with basic fluid in there...the tranny isn't bad at all....just thought it was weird why it would grind at low rpms, opposed to high rpms?
