clutch grabs really high

I have a 92' talon n/t. the clutch, slave and master cylinders, and shifter cables are all new. If the clutch grabs really high does it need to be bled or is their an adjustment I can play with. Thanks
 
Get up under the dash and loosen the C bracket on the clutch master to pedal assembly. (Its above the gas pedal) Screw the C bracket closer to the firewall then retighten the bolt, wallaaa Now your pedal engages closer to the floor
