How much better will shifting be with this setup??

I am getting a B&M short throw and the RRE shifter plate bushings. How much better is my shifting gonna be as far as smoothness. Also how does the bushings effect shifting under torque? i know with the stock bushings the plate flexs and messes with shifting.

You'll love the B&M. Most use 35% reduction. Drain out the gearbox and refill with Pennzoil Synchromesh next.

we just replaced the gear oil about 10k miles ago. should i do it again?
