Well i Installed my new clutch and the car and clutch engage very nicely. (Master and slave cylinders were replaced 1 month ago) Everything is perfect except for the clutch pedal.. The only resistence it has is from its Return spring its like it has no pressure from the master cylinder at all.... I tried to "Bleed" the slave but really did not know wat i was doing Lol and tightened it back up and gave up.... It might be that i let air into the system or something... does anyone know how to fix this so i can get a Stiffer Clutch pedal ??? I will try to bleed the system tommorrow PRoperly maybe that will stiffen things up ..

i had the same feeling from having my flywheel resurfaced by morons, it burnt up the clutch real fast, did you have your flywheel resurfaced? by people who know about step flywheels? www.roadraceengineering.com has info on flywheel resurfacing u should look over, these cars are very touchy about being resurfaced properly

to bleed the clutch have a frined pump it a few times(3-5), then hold and then get a 10 milly wrench and crack open the little nut on the slave cylinder, hold open till the stream gets weak(takes about 1/2-1 second)
then lock it up, do this several times, and make sure u have someone watch the fluid, and have them fill it when it gets low with brake fluid

Drive the driver's wheel up onto a curb, lay in the gutter, crack the bleeder and press in on the clutch pushrod. Close the bleeder, let the spring inside the slave draw down fresh fluid, repeat. Don't do it more than four times without checking the master resevoir and topping it up. Don't do it in the rain, and don't drip hydraulic fluid into your eye.
