1G* tranny probs

hey i just want to say whats up to everyone. im new to dsmtuners and iv always been associated with honda's but why be the same when u can be different? i looked and looked and iv found a 92 gsx for sale. It has 123k miles and the engine runs fine. its an awesome deal! i drove it yesterday and it had trouble shifting into gears. can anyone help me out and give me some things to look for and check out before i buy it and tell me what the problem might be??? thanks

if it is just grinding going into a gear (more likely 1st , 2nd or 3rd) then its the synchros (sp) if it wont go into gear , like its being blocked) it could be clutch adjustment, shift forks, maybe something in the shifter blocking it....just ideas.... rre has somehelphul info and vfaq and searching helps too

After converting my auto to manual I cant get the dang thing to go into any gear, I changed the slave, bleed the system, put in a brand new clutch kit,adjusted the cables as the haynes manual says, have the Master Cylinder rod tweaked to the very end of the rod ( C can almost fall off) People I'm clueless i dunno what to do! Help!
